Is It Called ‘Hypocrisy’?

They act like they care

Yet all they are is scared

Spreading worries

All in a hurry!

They act like they care

 And have feelings to spare

To repair our tears

And repaint our stories.

They act like they care

About yesterday, our tomorrow

Yet deep inside their stares

Is a mountain full of shame, full of sorrow!

They act like they care

About anything, our breath

But neither in their toes or hair

Are they sure of their health.
Is this called hypocrisy
Or I need some English?
